• Call Recordings — phone calls made through the platform may be recorded with the consent of all parties, in compliance with applicable state and federal laws.
• CRM Data — contacts, notes, pipeline stages, follow-up dates, and other information entered by users into the SaleAnimal CRM.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the SaleAnimal platform and all of its features.
• Improve and personalize your experience with the platform.
• Generate market intelligence, comparable sales analyses, and property valuations.

3. Google API Services

SaleAnimal connects to Google services, including Gmail and Google Calendar, to provide email integration and scheduling features. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

• We only request the minimum OAuth scopes necessary to provide email and calendar functionality.
• We do not sell, share, or use Google user data for advertising purposes.
• Google user data is only used to provide and improve the specific features the user authorized.

Property data displayed on SaleAnimal is sourced from publicly available records, including:

• NYC Open Data — PLUTO (Primary Land Use Tax Lot Output), Department of Finance rolling sales data.
• ACRIS — Automated City Register Information System for deed and mortgage records.
• HPD — Department of Housing Preservation and Development for housing violations.
• DOB — Department of Buildings for permits and complaints.
• Skip Trace Providers — third-party services used to locate property owner contact information.
• MLS Data — where authorized by the applicable multiple listing service.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share information with the following parties, solely to operate and improve the platform:

• Service Providers — Twilio (communications), Firebase (authentication and database), Mapbox (mapping), BatchData (property data enrichment), and Anthropic (AI features). These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations.
• Legal Compliance — when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
• With Your Consent — when you explicitly authorize sharing with a third party.
